Responsibilities:
- Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance team performance and skill development.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate installation plans.
- Install and test heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and gather feedback.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Valid EPA certification.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
